Strong functional skills in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO), including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
Background in Application Management Services (AMS) or ITIL-aligned support environments
Practical understanding of period-end close procedures and integration with MM / PS
Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules
Manage incidents, change requests, problem resolution, and financial period-end processing
Handle incident resolution, service requests, period-end financial close support, and system optimizations
Work within ITIL-aligned service delivery standards on high-profile defense projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and integrate modules such as MM and PS
