Senior Anticoagulation Nurse Specialist

The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking an Anticoagulation Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead safe, evidence-based management of patients on anticoagulation therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will initiate and monitor warfarin and DOACs, provide complex case management, and work with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care, including escalation during high-risk scenarios.
