Duty Manager - Lead a Busy Hotel Team (Guaranteed Hours)

Whitbread in Bangor is recruiting a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel across reception, housekeeping and food service. This permanent role offers 16 guaranteed hours per week at up to £13.86 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

It’s a hands-on position on the floor, not a desk job, and a great stepping stone toward Hotel Manager roles. You don’t need previous hotel experience; many join from retail or customer service and are trained on the hotel side.
