This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a UK territory and make a measurable impact on its growth. With the freedom to manage the region from home, the successful candidate will spend their time where it matters most - in front of customers, developing key accounts, opening new doors and creating new opportunities. Combining account development with proactive new business sales, the role offers the autonomy to build a strong pipeline, increase market share and turn customer relationships into long-term commercial growth. It would suit a driven salesperson who enjoys managing their own territory, getting out into the market and seeing the direct results of their work.

Develop and execute a structured territory sales plan to increase market share.
Conduct regular customer visits and effectively manage territory coverage and travel.

Maintain accurate customer activity, visit reports and opportunities within Maximiser CRM.
Develop strong technical and commercial knowledge of the company’s products and applications.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Provide customer and market feedback to support wider sales and product strategy.
Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
Balance field sales activity with effective planning, administration and follow-up.
Regularly review performance against sales targets and KPIs, taking ownership of continuous improvement.
