The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8B Radiotherapy Services Manager to lead strategic direction, workforce planning and governance for radiotherapy services across RBH and allied sites.
You will work with the Berkshire Cancer Centre and senior leaders to implement service development in line with national cancer standards and NHS plans, ensuring patient-centred, high-quality care.
