We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Team Leader for a high-precision manufacturing business in Poole. You will lead the QC team, oversee inspection and testing activities and play a key role in developing the team, driving continuous improvement and supporting new products and processes.

Job Description
Lead and manage the QC team, including dailyworkload planning, settingtargets and monitoring performance
Oversee quality inspectionand testing, supporting inspectionactivities and measurement techniques
Develop team performance, ensuring effective induction, training, competency, probation reviews, and ongoingdevelopment.
Drive quality and process improvement by implementing improvement initiatives and supporting NPI.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry in a quality control position.
Strong technical competence and decision-making capability
Supervisory/Team Leadership experience is highly desirable
