Paradigm Employment Services is seeking a proactive Workshop Team Leader to oversee daily operations in a busy manufacturing workshop. You will manage and develop a hands-on team, plan production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality framed products.
The role requires a strong leader with excellent organisational skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and a willingness to support the team during peak periods. On-site role with salary £30,000–£35,000.
