Senior HR Partner: Strategy, Talent & Change

The Maples Group seeks a London-based Senior HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy in partnership with senior leaders across Europe. The role balances operational and strategic work, supporting London and providing oversight to Jersey while coordinating with the broader Europe region.

You will collaborate with the global HR team to improve processes, manage employee relations, and lead talent initiatives. Travel to Dublin, Luxembourg and Jersey may be required.
