An exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor in Leeds to join a highly regarded national law firm. You will advise a diverse client base on contentious and non contentious employment matters while supporting partners on complex and high quality work.

Description

Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters
Handling both contentious and non contentious employment work
Supporting partners on complex and high value employment matters
Advising clients across sectors including education, corporate services and healthcare
Managing employment matters from initial instruction through to resolution
Building strong and trusted relationships with clients
Drafting and reviewing employment documentation and agreements
Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
Contributing to the continued growth and development of the employment team

Profile

A solicitor with approximately 1 to 5 years PQE
Experienced across a range of employment law matters
Comfortable handling both contentious and non contentious work
Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
Able to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
Confident working alongside experienced partners on complex matters
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Collaborative, proactive and keen to develop their career within a large national law firm
