Sales Executive, Crawley | £30,000–£40,000 basic + generous commission

Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers and building strong relationships with prospective clients.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients and business owners
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Speaking confidently with senior decision-makers
• Understanding client requirements and identifying suitable opportunities
• Managing prospects through the initial sales process
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Maintaining accurate records of activity and opportunities
• Developing your knowledge of the wider business and financial market

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, confident and commercially driven.You may already have experience within sales, telesales, recruitment, business development or another target-driven environment, or you could be a recent graduate looking to launch your career in sales.We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:

• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in sales and business
• A resilient and positive attitude
• The motivation to work towards and exceed targets
• Confidence speaking with business owners and senior professionals
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
