London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office) | Up to £40k base + uncapped commission

The Role

Join a warm, established construction consultancy desk alongside our Desk Lead. Live roles. Existing clients. Real pipeline. You won't be starting from scratch - you'll be picking up momentum and running with it, owning candidate delivery and client relationships from week one.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow relationships across a live client portfolio
• Source, screen and shortlist against active briefs
• Run interview processes start to finish and close
• Spot and win new opportunities within existing accounts, working alongside the Desk Lead
• Help drive the desk's numbers and its next phase of growth

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years' recruitment experience (agency background a strong plus)
• Built environment experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
• Solid grasp of the recruitment process end-to-end
• The confidence to step into an existing desk and hit the ground running
• Trust-building instincts with clients and candidates alike
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine team mentality
• Quality over quantity, always
