Business Systems & Automation Analyst
London
We are recruiting a Business Systems and Automation Analyst for a growing London-based business management consultancy.
We are recruiting a Business Systems and Automation Analyst for a growing London-based business management consultancy. This is an early-career role focused on improving internal systems, automating manual processes and introducing new workplace technology.
It would suit someone with 1-3 years' experience in IT, applications or business systems. Applications are also welcome from technically strong graduates who have gained relevant practical experience through a placement year, internship or substantial projects.
We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position so all applications must have right to work status.
Experience with Copilot, AI tools, Excel, VBA, SaaS integrations or application administration would be useful but is not essential.
You might currently work in IT support, application support, Microsoft 365 administration or business systems and want to move into a more project and automation-focused position. Alternatively, you may be a Computer Science, IT or technology graduate with relevant placement experience.
The role is based in central London (WC1) and initially requires 2-3 days per week in the office. Greater flexibility is expected as you become established in the position.
This is an opportunity to build practical experience across Microsoft 365, business systems, automation and AI while taking increasing ownership of an organisation's internal technology.
