Head of Portfolio & Planning — Hybrid & OKR Leader

Threecolts is seeking an experienced Portfolio Leader to plan, prioritise, and track high-impact work across the company. You will report to the CEO, translating priorities into clear objectives and operating rhythms to keep progress visible throughout the year.
