Mountain Warehouse in Fort Kinnaird Retail Park (EDF) is seeking a proactive Team Leader to inspire our store team and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will lead by example, coaching colleagues to meet targets and uphold Mountain Warehouse’s service standards in a fast-paced retail setting.
Responsibilities include coaching, stock presentation, open/close duties, health and safety, and driving visual merchandising to create welcoming spaces for customers and colleagues alike.
