Warehouse Team Leader

Lead high performing warehouse & e commerce operations for a global FMCG leader.

ASR Group is the world’s largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, home to iconic brands like Tate & Lyle, Lyle’s and Whitworths. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to take ownership of warehouse and e commerce operations at our Normanton site.

The Role

You’ll lead a team of around 10 colleagues, ensuring products move right first time, in full, while driving safety, cost, service and continuous improvement.

You'll have a chance to make a real impact as we make investments and improvements to the site, including an e-commerce system and as we grow the volume of products from the site.

Key responsibilities include:

• End to end management of warehouse & e commerce operations
• Ownership of Warehouse Management System performance, data accuracy & reporting
• Delivering service, cost and inventory KPIs
• Leading safety, quality, hygiene & environmental standards
• Driving Lean / CI improvements and root cause problem solving
• Managing budgets, suppliers, and OEMs
• Coordinating inbound, outbound, transport & yard operations
• Building an engaged, high performing team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven warehouse leadership experience in FMCG / manufacturing
• Strong people leadership with a coaching mindset
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, SAP and data led decision making
• Solid understanding of health & safety and BRC / quality systems
• Practical Lean / CI experience
• Strong Excel and stakeholder communication skills
