Mobile Electrical Supervisor Location: Portsmouth Salary: £47,025 + Sign-On Bonus Hours: 40 hours per week We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Supervisor with a can-do attitude and flexible approach to join our team.
The Role
Electrical testing, inspection and certification
Reactive repairs and fault finding
Full electrical rewiring
Electrical installations to kitchens and bathrooms
Electrical installations for commercial heating systems
Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
Ensuring all work complies with 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations and relevant British Standards
Supporting the team and participating in an out-of-hours/on-call rota
About You
We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, safety-focused and confident working independently while supporting and supervising others. You’ll need:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent – essential
C&G 2391 Inspecting & Testing or equivalent – essential
18th Edition – essential
AM2 qualification – essential
Full current UK driving licence – essential
CSCS card – desirable
3+ years’ experience in the building maintenance industry
Ideally 2+ years’ supervisory experience
You should have strong experience across domestic and commercial electrical works, with a practical approach to health & safety and excellent communication skills.

Due to the nature of the role, all successful candidates must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check and SC Clearance.
