At Village, we partner with Starbucks to create high-energy, brilliant spaces. As the Store Manager, you are at the helm. We need someone who can blend that iconic Starbucks culture with our signature Village warmth, driving serious profitability while looking after the people who make it happen.

You will be analysing the data, forecasting labour, and understanding the local market to push your business forward.
