Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Educated to Secondary Level with 5 GCSE's at grades A*-C, with 2 of these being GSCE English and Mathematics.
• Willingness to undertake additional training.
• Computer Literate.
• NVQ 3 (or equivalent experience)

Desirable criteria

• Highly developed knowledge of the e-RS system.

Experience/ Knowledge

Essential criteria

• Good level of understanding of the Government's access targets for 18 weeks RTT.
• Organisation skills and ability to prioritise work under pressure.
• Working to tight deadlines.
• Experience of data collection and cleansing.

Desirable criteria

• Experience of Allscripts and FDP.
• Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting.

Skills

Essential criteria

• High Level of IT skills, with the ability to use all Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel, outlook and Word.
• Ability to manage and interpret data correctly to inform decision making.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable criteria

• Shown willingness to plan and adapt to change.
