We’re looking for an experienced **Salesforce Technical Architect** to take technical ownership of a large, mature and business-critical Salesforce platform.
This is a brownfield modernisation role — not a purely advisory architecture position. You’ll combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong software-engineering skills and remain hands‑on.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve the Salesforce application architecture
Modernise a heavily customised production environment
Work across Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, data and asynchronous processing
Improve application stability, reliability, observability and supportability
Establish better patterns for error handling, logging, monitoring, retry and reconciliation
Review and manage complex managed-package dependencies (Bullhorn experience desirable)
Improve CI/CD, source control, environments, testing and release practices
Help enable smaller, safer and more frequent releases
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code/design reviews
Stay hands‑on with development, debugging, refactoring and proof‑of‑concept work
