As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an e xperienced MEP Manager to join our expert team in the UK.
You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical and electrical activities on-site
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages.
Review technical designs, method statements, and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance.
Oversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
Act as key MEP point of contact with the client, project management team, and key stakeholders.
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and HSE requirements.
About You
Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands‑on experience in large‑scale MEP delivery.
Proven track record as an MEP Manager, or similar role on data centres, high‑tech, pharmaceutical, or other mission‑critical projects..
Able to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast‑paced environments.
Strong communicator with the confidence to lead meetings, engage stakeholders, and represent MiCiM professionally.
