Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking a Head of Temporary & Interim Recruitment to launch and lead a new Professional Services division in the Midlands with hybrid working from Nottingham. The role offers £40k-£55k base plus uncapped commission, leadership bonus and potential equity in success.
You will inherit warm PSL relationships, an established client base and the autonomy to shape strategy, processes and market focus from day one.
