Depot Shift Manager — People & KPI Leader

DPD Group UK is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our depot operations management team. You will lead a mixed workforce of Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers, ensuring engagement, motivation and outstanding service across core routes and deliveries.

You will set KPIs for service, cost, productivity, transport and health & safety, manage resources for ad-hoc collections, maintain accurate documentation, and report on performance.
