- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and direct operational teams to hit daily shift targets.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills under fast-paced operational pressure.
- Experience managing inventory breakdown, stock allocation, and floor safety guidelines.
- Experience using inventory management systems or warehouse scanning tools.
- Exposure to continuous improvement techniques or lean warehouse processes.
Living Our Values
- Take ownership on every shift, setting the standard for quality, safety, and operational excellence from the floor.
- Build trust with your team through honest, two-way communication, active listening, and fair decision-making during daily operations and 1-on-1s.
- Drive a culture of continuous care by looking out for your team's safety, supporting their personal development, and recognizing their hard work.
- Maintain an adaptable, solution-focused mindset when operational priorities shift, keeping the team focused and moving in the same direction.
