Team Leader — Lead a Welcoming Pub Shift

Greene King pubs are seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure the team has what they need, and keep customers happy. You’ll lead by example, uphold high standards, and support the team to deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate the team during busy periods, and ensure the bar operates safely and legally with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.
