Open hours :- 37.5 working week - rota set 6 weeks in advance

Mon - Fri - 8.30-8pm

Sat - 9-5pm

Sun - 10-5pm

What You'll Be Doing

As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries and guiding them through the sales process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest
• Building trust and understanding individual requirements
• Providing tailored recommendations and solutions
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Converting enquiries into successful sales
• Achieving and exceeding performance targets

This is not a cold-calling environment. You'll focus on developing quality customer conversations and maximising genuine sales opportunities.
