Working Site Foreman / Site Manager - Retail & Commercial Fit Out

Start: Beginning of October 2026
Duration: 6 months
Location: Nationwide - mainly London, South & South West
Rate: £280 - £310/shift depending on location

We are looking for an experiencedWorking Site Foreman / Site Managerto join our team on a6-month retainer basis, overseeing retail and commercial fit-out projects.

Projects will generally run for4-8 weeksand will mainly involveinternal fit-out works.

We are looking for someone who is confident running a site, managing subcontractors and maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality, but who is alsohands-on and willing to get stuck inwhen required.

Between projects, you will be expected to support other areas of the business, includingsnagging, general supervision, helping on the tools and assisting on other projects.

Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Fire Marshal
• Asbestos Awareness
• Previous experience in retail/commercial fit-out
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel nationwide

Amulti-skilled background, particularlyjoinery or dry lining, would be an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for someonereliable, practical and proactive, who can take ownership of a project and represent the business professionally on site.
