Boutique Office & Culture Lead – Hybrid

HAIL Partners is recruiting an Office Manager to join a boutique venture capital firm in central London. This hands-on role owns the office and facilities end-to-end, acts as the go-to for outsourced IT, and supports HR admin in a close-knit, non-hierarchical culture.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, vendor contracts, IT liaison, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS tasks, and drive improvements with a focus on AI and automation to keep the office thriving.
