OCS Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of projects within a well-established main contractor. You will run your own projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with Project Manager and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate has proven main contractor experience, strong subcontract procurement and solid knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures.
