Student Transition Wellbeing Partner

St David Recruitment is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Officer (Transition) to support vulnerable learners and coordinate wellbeing, attendance, engagement and progression as they transition into college.

You will work with learners, families, schools and external agencies to understand needs, advocate for learners and remove barriers to learning and success. The role requires collaboration across campus teams and adherence to safeguarding policies.
