Field-Based Territory Sales Leader - Scotland & Cumbria

Morson Human Resources Limited is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for Scotland and the Cumbria region. This field-based role focuses on driving sales growth, developing customer relationships and expanding distribution partnerships across the territory.

You will manage direct/OEM customers and distribution opportunities, plan territory activity, and travel regularly to visit around 35–40 customers per month, four days per week, to achieve and exceed targets.
