Hybrid Procurement Litigation Solicitor

BCL Legal is recruiting on behalf of a leading national law firm in Birmingham for a Procurement Litigation Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE). The role offers highly flexible hybrid working and exposure to procurement, public law and commercial disputes.

You will advise major corporates, central government bodies, local authorities and NHS bodies on contentious procurement matters, draft pleadings and work with national teams across corporate, commercial and public law.
