HWIL Project Lead — Hybrid, Multi‑Disciplinary Teams

MBDA is seeking a role to lead a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that develops complex system simulations in world-leading Hardware-in-the-Loop facilities. You will manage project-specific teams supporting missile design development, trials preparations and customer deliveries.

You will tackle integration challenges, guide delivery-focused activities and build on a strong understanding of complex systems within a demanding, security-conscious environment.
