Harmonic in London is recruiting a Senior CRM Manager for a fast-growing DTC health and wellness brand. You will own CRM and retention across the full customer lifecycle, driving engagement, repeat purchase, subscriptions and LTV.
You will develop and optimise automated journeys, segmentation and personalisation across email, SMS and other channels, working with Ecommerce, Performance and Brand, while mentoring a junior CRM teammate and shaping the retention strategy as the business scales.
