Head of Children's Home Care & Safeguarding

First Steps Together Care Services in Hyde is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a children's home. You will lead the home, ensure high-quality, child-centred care, and manage staff to deliver safeguarding.

Reporting to the Responsible Individual, you’ll drive regulatory compliance, oversee placement matching, care planning and quality assurance, and pursue continuous improvement for the children.
