Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients. The CRN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care and improve ED throughput, with mentorship duties and participation in quality improvement.
Qualifications include NJ RN license, 3+ years in CCU/ED, telemetry and ACLS/BLS certifications, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
