M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - Toronto

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint an M&E Manager / Building Services Manager to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

The Package

• Basic salary of $165K - $185K (£90K - £100K)
• Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K - $30K)
• Tax free relocation package ($10K - $20K)

Responsibilities & Duties

• Review design information, sub-contractor tenders and lead meetings
• Provide support to the bid team during the pre-construction stage
• Support the site delivery teams and review MEP installations
• Develop relationships and support at commissioning stage

Requirements

• Experience working as an M&E Manager / Building Services Manager
• Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+
• Experience working for main contractor or Tier 1 sub-contractor
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a M&E Manager / Building Services Manager on D&B projects (£25m+).
