We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Lead / Supervisor to join an established manufacturing / engineering environment and support the ongoing development of the company’s quality function.
The Role
Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001 standards.
Oversee quality control, inspection and testing activities.
Manage quality risks and support corrective actions.
Monitor and improve supplier quality.
Handle quality-related customer complaints and feedback.
Drive continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving.
Conduct and support internal, external and ISO audits.
Implement CAPA and corrective actions where required.
Train and mentor staff on quality standards and processes.
Coordinate the day-to-day workload of the quality team.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Experience within a quality/manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS.
Experience with auditing, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
The ability to coordinate and support a quality team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
Days based onsite working, Mon-Thur 7:30am-4pm. Friday 7:30am-12:30pm.
