The Opportunity

We're looking for an Account Director with strong consumer experience credentials; someone who can combine commercial acumen with strategic curiosity, operational excellence with relationship-building skills, and a passion for shaping work that connects meaningfully with people's lives.

You will work across major international programmes for an ambitious healthcare organisation broadening its role in health, wellbeing and lifestyle, spanning connected customer experience, digital transformation, ecosystem design, content strategy, data, technology and organisational change.

You will help the client rethink how they engage consumers, create more intuitive and connected experiences, drive adoption of new ways of working and unlock growth through innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead Client Relationships

• Act as a trusted day-to-day adviser to senior client stakeholders
• Build strong relationships founded on credibility, transparency and delivery
• Understand client priorities and proactively identify opportunities and challenges
• Create confidence through clear communication, strong leadership and expert counsel
• Lead complex, multidisciplinary programmes from initiation through to delivery
• Maintain visibility across priorities, dependencies, risks and critical decisions
• Ensure teams remain aligned against strategic objectives and commercial goals
• Establish effective governance, reporting and programme management rhythmsCoordinate specialists across strategy, creative, experience, content, data, technology and delivery
• Foster collaboration and integrated thinking across diverse disciplines
• Create an environment where teams can do their best work while staying focused on the bigger picture
• Bring together different perspectives to solve complex problems

Facilitate Transformation

• Help client stakeholders navigate change, operational alignment and build momentum
• Support adoption of new operating models, customer experiences and ways of working
• Translate strategic ambition into actionable plans and deliverable outputs
• Drive alignment across large stakeholder groups with competing priorities

Support Commercial Growth

• Manage programme scope, budget and commercial performance
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand engagements
• Support new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives
• Ensure work delivers value for both clients and the agency
