Part-Time Family Practitioner, Community Hub & Families

Children North East is seeking a Family Practitioner to shape and deliver the Best Start Family Hub programme in Newcastle. Based at the Cowgate Centre, you will help plan, deliver and evaluate activities for babies, children, young people and parents within the Inner West area.

The role sits in our Communities Service team and involves supporting the Family Coordinator with 1-1 work and providing clear information and signposting for families.
