Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage changes effectively.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
Track project progress, report on key milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or Business Administration.
PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical development process (e.g., R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs).
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills .
Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
