Tax Reserves Manager – Global Partner Tax

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Tax Reserves Manager to join the Finance team. This role supports the Head of International Tax in managing the group's partner tax reserves and related disclosures.

You will set up reserves in GBP and other currencies for equity and partner structures, reconcile balances, and coordinate UK and international tax teams to maintain an accurate consolidated view. ACA or equivalent accounting qualification is required, with a tax qualification desirable.
