The Role

A rare opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Private Client solicitor to join a highly regarded Trusts & Estates team within a leading Top 100 UK law firm with a strong South West presence.

• Wills and succession planning
• Trusts and estate administration
• Tax and wealth planning
• Wealth preservation and succession structures
• Family and business succession

You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers on high-quality, complex matters, with early client contact and genuine responsibility from the outset. The wider practice has a strong national network, giving you access to excellent technical expertise and a broad client base.

Opportunities offering this level of work and client exposure at NQ level are genuinely hard to come by.

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for an NQ-2 PQE solicitor with experience in non-contentious Private Client / Trusts & Estates work.

You should have:

• Experience across wills, trusts, estates and succession planning
• Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills
• Excellent client communication skills
• The ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client

Experience advising HNW clients, trustees, entrepreneurs or family businesses would be advantageous.
