Job ID: | Amazon UK Services Ltd.
Work hard, have fun, make history. That's what we do every day at Amazon. Would you like to work on industry-leading real estate development projects in the logistics space? As Corporate Counsel for Real Estate, you will partner with Amazon's Real Estate and Operations teams to buy, lease, construct, launch, and manage Amazon's logistics facilities across Europe, with a focus on Germany. Our projects include:
Each project presents unique challenges and opportunities requiring high judgement and creative problem-solving. You'll tackle dynamic, complex projects with novel legal and business issues that directly impact Amazon's ability to serve and delight our customers. Join our team and help shape the future of Amazon's physical operations network while advancing your legal career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Each day brings diverse challenges to this dynamic role. One morning, you might review an urgent site acquisition while revising a complex build-to-suit agreement for a new fulfillment center. Other days see you manage multiple deals simultaneously, reviewing purchase agreements, construction contracts and answer ad hoc asset management questions, all with tight deadlines. Some days will have you advising senior leadership on an essential escalation, while others will find you utilising AI to improve efficiency and speed in our work. Throughout each day, you balance urgent matters with strategic work, directly impacting Amazon's growing operations network.
Amazon is an equal opportunities employer. We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success. We make recruiting decisions based on your experience and skills. We value your passion to discover, invent, simplify and build. Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a longstanding top priority for Amazon.
