Attend progress meetings and regularly update key stakeholders.
Visit project sites across the UK (and occasionally Europe) to monitor progress and ensure seamless delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

At least 2 years in project administration or early-stage project management (construction, acoustics, M&E, or HVAC experience is a bonus, but not essential).
Full UK driving licence, valid passport, and willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally abroad (including overnight stays).
Excellent communication, strong organisation, and effective stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to continuous learning and personal development.

Benefits:

25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Private health insurance, life assurance (Death in Service), and a company pension scheme.
Clear progression pathway to Project Manager within approximately two years.
Support towards NVQ qualifications following probation, plus ongoing training and professional development.
