The Role
You’ll handle a broad and stimulating caseload:
- Draft contracts, policies, agreements and procedures
- Advise on employment issues in M&A, TUPE and corporate transactions
- Manage employment disputes for employers and employees
- Prepare and represent at Tribunal hearings
- Support business development and client relationship building
- Supervise junior team members as you progress
About You
- Employment Solicitor with 1 years PQE, s olid experience in an established, recognised employment department – this is essential
- Track record of developing client relationships
- Strong client care skills and commercial awareness
- Ready to take the lead on matters while still learning from top-tier lawyers
