Senior Insights Analyst

Location:

West Yorkshire (Hybrid – minimum 1 day a week)

Salary:

Up to £60,000 DOE

The Opportunity

I'm currently working with a growing technology organisation that is looking to hire an experienced Senior Insights Analyst to join its Insights team.

You’ll play a key role in turning data into clear, actionable insight across customer engagement, product usage, commercial performance and operational activity.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll understand the question behind each request, challenge requirements where needed, define meaningful KPIs and develop trusted reporting that supports better decision-making.

The role is hands‑on, with strong SQL at its core, alongside Power BI, data analysis and stakeholder engagement. You'll also use performance projections to support planning and identify trends, risks and opportunities against key targets.

You’ll have the opportunity to help improve how the business uses data, including supporting the adoption of AI and automation to reduce manual reporting and improve the efficiency of insight processes.

If you’re an experienced Insights, BI or Data Analyst with strong SQL skills, commercial curiosity and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations, this could be an excellent opportunity.
