We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Project Manager to oversee and manage retrofit projects within the utilities sector in Preston, North West. This permanent, full-time role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and a passion for driving innovative solutions in the utilities industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics.
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the utilities or construction sector, ideally with a focus on retrofit projects.
Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and sustainability practices.
