Family Lawyer Legal Aid

Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join their Legal Aid Family law department in their Cardiff office and/or Newport office.

Our client is looking to appoint a full-time and/or part-time Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their legal aid family law department.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with legal aid family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters.

You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships, while contributing effectively as a fee earner within a successful family law team.
