Store Manager: Lead Sales & Service Excellence

Topps Tiles in Edinburgh is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing store team and own sales, profitability and operations. You’ll coach staff, build customer relationships and ensure a standout in-store experience for both trade and retail customers.

You will drive commercial results, embed the Topps Sales Framework, and model exceptional service on the shop floor while maintaining safe, efficient store operations and a loyal customer base.
