21,600 patients covering two sites on the east of Southampton,
6 ACPs, 6 Practice Nurses, 1 Nursing Associate, 3 HCAs and a Phlebotomist,
Friendly training practice with supportive management team,
Diverse multidisciplinary team including; Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Social Prescribers, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, Physician Associate, Mental Health Practitioners and Physio.
